After interviewing a couple candidates to be the Sellers Agent for our forty-one-year old home. Nick and I felt Bill would serve us well. As with all home sellers, setting the right price was very important to us. To that end Bill set up a lunch meeting of several brokers who in turn submitted their input and price recommendations. Our home sold in twelve days at approximately 98.5% of our asking price. That was due to Bill listening to us; our listening to Bill; and Bill taking all the professional steps that needed to be taken as quickly and timely as possible. The quick sale was appreciated as we were already in the process of having a home built in Colorado. In addition to all that Bill did for us, he also represented us at closing as we had already moved to a temporary location by the closing date.
